How to Use This Guide
- Click the primary agency working the incident.
- Find the specific page of the incident’s box assignment. Box assignments can be obtained by:
- Referencing the text/alpha page message that goes out to all suburban text pagers on a working incident.
- Referencing the dispatch information given on a working incident’s verbal dispatch.
- Consulting the Response Plan Map in the guide book and trying to pinpoint the location of the incident.
- Determine if apparatus from your station or department are scheduled to move-up to another department’s station for coverage.
